Top five ways of losing weight. These are the very same methods I follow to keep my shape.

1. Phentramin. The one word that’s’s made a world of difference for so many of us. Phentramin is like a diet pill ( though it is not has harsh on your system ). Phentramin effectively controls your appetite, while at the same time increasing your metabolic rate and helping suppress the hormones that exasperate stress. Phentramin works fast and, compared to many “diet” pills, is pretty cheap. It’s been called the “lazy mans way out” simply because it works and doesn’t require frequent visits to the gym to make it happen.

2. Early morning cardiovascular. Yes, you read that right. The next time you’re feeling a bit corpulent you could need to get up nice and early and go for a morning jog ( or walk ). Do this before you eat as you may burn the calories that your body consumed the day before. A calorie surplus is, as you most likely know, why you gained the weight in the 1st place.

3. Weight machines. I know it’s not the most pleasing activity, but lifting weights will do miracles for your body. It is like supercharging your workout- any cardiovascular that you have been doing will become more effective and your body will literally begin to shed pounds! Don’t believe me? I don’t blame you- it isn’t like getting up and actually trying it basically did anybody any good anyhow.

4. Salads. Meat and potatoes are my favourite meal. Unfortunately, too much clogs your system and expands your waistline. I enjoy a good steak and mashed potato meal two times a week. The other 5 days I eat smart and enjoy a lot of salads. Why salad, you ask? Easy- a good salad is healthy, filling, so helping with the digestion of your meal. Eating salad never finished anybody, but too much red beef definitely has. Think about it. And lastly…

5. Discipline. The one thing that just about everyone is missing. You must be disciplined and inspired to stay on your diet and to keep your exercise programme going. As quickly as you stop your results stop with it, and there is nothing more frustrating than losing ten pounds only to gain it all back again .
