3. Greasy acid foods will actually make your body shed calories by working them. This is really what your body was planned to do. Start eating more foods that are nutrient for you, that have not been treated already. These foods would include fresh veggies, raw nuts, whole grain foods, etc.

4. Know your meats. If you are a big meat eater, pay closer care to the thinner cuts of beef and pork. Skinned chicken breasts are excellent, as well as some of the fish, that carry fatty acids.

5. Eat Up more meals everyday. I recognize how this sounds, yet this works out. More meals, less portions per meal. This is the swiftest way to lose weight. Stop filling up on those three meals a day with your current diet.
